International Women’s Day – March 8, 2022 – Break the Bias – Join us at noon at Guelph City Hall!
In 2019, along with Zonta and Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis, CFUW Guelph participated in a project with the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute at the University of Guelph to highlight significant achievements in women’s rights in Canada.
Researchers created a series of posters which were displayed at the 2020 International Women’s Day Event in Guelph and which will also be featured at future community events at the Guelph Civic Museum and the Guelph Public Library. Each poster highlights an historical achievement in women’s rights in Canada over the past 100 years.
