In 2019, along with Zonta and Guelph-Wellington Women in Crisis, CFUW Guelph participated in a project with the Community Engaged Scholarship Institute at the University of Guelph to highlight significant achievements in women’s rights in Canada. The result is this series of beautiful posters to celebrate International Women’s Day!
These posters highlight fourteen historical achievements in women’s rights in Canada over the past 100 years. Posters were displayed at the 2020 International Women’s Day Event in Guelph and continue to be featured at community events at the Guelph Civic Museum and the Guelph Public Library.
