The new Music Appreciation Group was formed two years ago, when the original group reached a maximum number of participants. We have enjoyed a successful year with presentations about rhythm in music, staging opera, Vivaldi, and musical covers. We also attended a concert at St. George’s. The group was invited to join the original Music Appreciation Group for a Christmas concert at the River Run. We were also invited to a meeting where Judith Yan, the conductor of the Guelph Symphony Orchestra was the speaker.
